We work within the law and are required to be members of Property Redress Scheme / MyDeposit / Client Money Protection Scheme for sales and lettings, which demonstrates the confidence we have in the service standards across our brand. Following the successful SAFEAGENT initiative, relevant legislation was introduced under The Consumer Rights Act 2015. This made it compulsory for all lettings and property management agents to have in place Client Money Protection (CMP) cover from the 1st April 2019. Our office lettings services have in place CMP cover and a copy of their individual certificates can be found in each Tenant / Property file.
